life chain

nadine

My sister and I had some free time AT THE SAME TIME this past weekend.

...that never happens.

She's the one who got engaged in the summer, just so you know.

Jason, you did good.

avoiding stats

I had a statistics quiz today. Yesterday I did not want to study.
At all.
SO, this is the result of what I did until I finally cracked down and got to work. I ended up making a new best friend in the process of studying. Her name is Norma.

Thanks to Dan & Jenna for being such lovely subjects!

P.S.
I love lens flare.

autumn is my favourite season

A very wise and beloved teacher of mine once said,

"What do your grades and the leaves have in common?"

"...They're both falling."

back to school

The past 3 weeks have been nuts. As a student leader I was at school a week before the freshmen arrived. Then the freshmen arrived. I forgot how energetic O-Week is... Since my immune system was a bit down I fell into the path of the stampeding rhinovirus.

This picture pretty much sums up my first week of classes. Tea, tissues, Halls, and the lovely acquisition of assignments up the hoo-haw.

Oh school. I've missed you.

random 43

I had some fun playing around with B&W for some random pictures I took this summer. AKA pictures I took while I was bored. The claddagh ring was a gift from my sister for my 17th birthday. It has an incredibly special place in my heart because it's from her and she has one to match mine =)

north vancouver

Emma & I have known each other for 10 years. We only see each other once a year now that we live in different places but it's like we haven't spent any time apart when we do. Last week we got to hang out and wandered around our old stomping grounds.

This is not what it looked like 10 years ago...

Yeah, beer on the construction site. Stellar.

Road hump. For road humping.

This stop sign also wasn't there 10 years ago...

The lovely Miss Mitchell. She's a fave.
